Idk if this is healthy, Apple Pie Smoothie!

Updated: Mar 6, 2022

Hello everyone!

Nothing says fall like a warm freshly baked apple pie. (I know it feels more like winter, but it is still technically fall.) So I thought, why not have it in a smoothie form?? I know winter time is a little cold for drinking a smoothie, but sometimes it’s the right comfort food for a cold winter’s day! So without further adieu, here is my “idk if it’s healthy, apple pie smoothie”.

Yes this smoothie is vegan but you can always make it non-vegan.

Ingredients!

You will need:

1 Apple cut into slices

1 Banana (frozen for more thickness)

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

2-3 scoops of Cinnamon Buns Non-Dairy Ice Cream

1 cup Non-Dairy Milk

5 Almonds

2-3 tablespoons PureTrim vanilla shake (or any protein powder)

2-3 tablespoon Field of Greens Powder (or 1 handful of spinach. Trust me, you will not taste the spinach)

1/2 cup crushed ice

*Note: Many of these ingredients can be substituted if you don't have them. You can always use vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg if you don't have access to the cinnamon Buns ice cream or the vanilla protein powder.

Directions:

1. Pour milk in first with the chia seeds. If you let them rest for 5-10 minutes, the chia seed will thicken up like a pudding. This can help you stay fuller for a longer period of time. If you don't have the time to wait, then place all ingredients into the blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Enjoy!

Let me know in the comments how this recipe turned out for you! See you all later!

BYYYEEE!!!

And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.

-Genesis 1:29
